KRISTIN WADE ROSE

Kristin Rose is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with clients since 2021. Kristin works with ages 14+ and has experience treating a range of concerns, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms. Her approach is grounded in brain and body-based therapy, helping clients understand how their emotions, nervous system, and internal thought processes work together so they can begin to feel more unburdened, confident, and at ease in their lives.

In the first session, she focuses on understanding what brought you to therapy and building a sense of safety and connection. Throughout treatment, she uses approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to explore the places clients feel stuck and their innate ability to move through those stuck places.

Kristin brings a strong commitment to inclusion, creativity, and curiosity into her work. She strives to create a trauma-informed, judgment-free environment and believes healing is, at once, the most difficult, beautiful, and important work a person can choose to do.
